Tones in some dialects in Lộc Hà disctict, Hà Tĩnh province

Abstract

Ha Tinh language belongs to the dialect of Central Vietnam. Ha Tinh's pronunciation has many distinct characteristics compared to the Northern and Southern dialects. Not only are there differences with other regional dialects, but even within Ha Tinh locality, some dialects also have various unique variations representing intriguing subjects for researchers to study. Below, we would like to point out a few differences in tones pronunciation across some Ha Tinh dialects.
